Let me introduce myself, my name is Israel Torres. I live in Rancho Cucamonga. We moved to Rancho about four years ago. We did live in Alta Loma for a few years before moving a few miles east. Three years ago I was working as a Software Engineer for a large software company in Pasadena before the big layoff.    My wife, Linda, has been working in the Real Estate business for over 7 years and I've been doing most of her marketing and creating and maintaining her Website, www.buysomeproperty.com . Last year I decided to take the Real Estate exam and passed. Yes, I'm a real estate agent but not like most of them you'll meet. My business is based on providing helpful information, not pressure and sales pitches because by trade I'm not a salesman. My wife tells me my niche is in the Lender's side of the business because I'm so good with numbers but I feel that you really have to be a salesmen in that profession so I'm sticking to Real Estate.

   Now that I'm a Real Estate Agent, My niche is in creativity and new ideas for doing real estate. I am an expert in the technology arena and in marketing and that helps with sales. My wife Linda is the Sales Expert but she doesn't use high pressure tactics either and that makes us a force in this industry because where can you get two really smart agents that will work for you 100%.
